Shrimp Masala


Ingredients

Shrimp (size 31-40) - 20
Chopped onion -2
Tomato - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 Tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil
Salt to taste
Pepper as per desire

Method

1. Marinate the shrimp with chilli powder,salt and ginger garlic paste for 30 min. Then Shallow fry the shrimp and keep seperately.
2. Pour a spoon of oil in the kadai,then add the onions and 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste and saute till golden brown.
3. Then add the tomato,cumin seeds,pepper and salt and saute for nearly 5 min.
4. Now add the fried shrimp and desired quantity of water and simmer for 10-15 min.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
