Mushroom pepper curry

Ingredients

mushroom - 1 pack
chopped onion - 1
tomato - 1
garlic paste - 1 tsp
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
vegetable masala powder - 1 tsp
pepper as per desire
salt to taste
oil

Method

1) Dice and wash the mushrooms after which shallow fry them.
2) Then pour 1 tsp oil in kadai and add the cumin seeds,then add the chopped onions and salt and saute till golden brown.
3) Now add the garlic paste and the masala powder and saute for 2 min.
4) Add the tomato and saute for few min.
5) Finally add the fried mushrooms to the mix and add pepper as per the taste.
6) Cook the curry for 5 more min and garnish with corainder leaves and serve hot with roti.
