Ingredients
Mealmaker/ Soya nuggets - 1 cup
Soak these in boiled water for 30mins and wash these 3times, squeeze the water out.
Chopped onion - 1
Tomato - 1/2
Biriyani masala - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Basmathi rice - 1cup
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
green chilli - 2
cloves - 4
Method
1) Wash the rice and put in kadai with 1 tsp of butter in low flame for 5 min and keep aside.
2) Put oil in the cooker and then add mustard seeds,then add cumin seeds,chilli and cloves.
3) Add the onion and salt when the spices start spluttering and saute till golden brown.
4) Now add garlic paste,biriyani masala and tomato and saute for few min.
5) Add the soya nuggets and 2 cups of water. When the water start to boil add the rice from the kadai and leave for 2 whistles of the pressure cooker.
6) After few min,garnish with corainder leaves and serve hot.
