Ingredients
Basmathi rice - 1 cup
Potato - 2
Carrot - 2
Beans - 8
Peas -25
Onion -1
Tomato - 1
Salt to taste
Oil
Mustard
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Biriyani masala - 1 tsp
chilly powder - 1 tsp
Method
1. Wash and cut the vegetables into desired shapes. Wash and drain the rice and put into the kadai on stove on Sim for 5 min.
2. Heat oil in pan,add mustard then the chopped onions and saute till golden brown.
3. Add the ginger garlic paste, briyani masala and chilly powder. Now add the tomato and mix well for few min.
4.Add salt and then the vegetables and mix well.
5. Pour the contents into the cooker and add required quantity of water and then add the rice into the contents.Leave it for 3-4 whistles and then garnish it with corainder before eating.
