Ingredients
1/2 cup raw rice
1/2 cup parboiled rice
Toor dhal - 4 tbsp
Tomato - 2
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli -2
Salt
Asafoetida
Method
1. Soak the rice and dhal for 3-4 hrs.
2.Then add the tomato,cumin seeds, red chilli,salt and asafoetida and grind to form a dosa like batter.
3.Heat griddle on high flame till hot, reduce heat, pour a laddle full of dosa batter, spread the batter with the bottom of the ladle evenly making circles and drizzle with some oil along the edges. Cook on medium heat for 1-2 mts and increase to high flame for a few seconds and flip the other side and cook for 20-30 seconds or till done.
