
Ingredients
Cauliflower - 400gms
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Garlic - 1 pod
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Salt
Red chillies - 2
Curry leaves
Oil
Method
1. Wash and cut the cauliflower and keep in microwave for 5-7 min.
2.Put oil in Kadai,mustard to splutter,then curry leaves,add chopped onion and keep frying till it turns golden brown in color.
3. Now add the garlic,salt,coriander powder and the chopped tomato and allow it to cook for 3-4 min.
4.Then allow the contents of the kadai into the mixie/blender and make it a paste.
5.In the kadai,add oil,curry leaves,cooked cauliflower and the paste and keep stirring.Pour some additional water which is of your choice.
6.After few min, the gravy is ready.
