Vanilla Custard


Ingredients

Milk - 450 ml
Custard powder - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp

Method

1. Mix the custard powder in a small quantity of milk to a smooth paste.

2. Add sugar to the remaining milk and allow it to boil.
3.Add the custard paste to the boiling milk and stir for few min.
4.Pour the custard into a vessel and beat the mixture until foam rises on the mixture.
5. Refrigerate the mixture for few hrs and then enjoy eating!!!
