Mushroom Biriyani

Ingredients

Basmathi rice - 11/4 cup
Mushroom - 300 gms
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1/2
Biriyani masala - 1tsp
chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
mustard to splutter
cloves - 4
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
curd - 2 tbsp
coconut milk - 4 tsp
lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Corainder to garnish
Butter -1/4 tsp
oil


Method

1. Wash and drain the rice.Put the butter into the kadai and then the rice for 5 min.
2. Cut the mushrooms,wash and drain them,after which put into the kadai on the stove. No need to add water.Some water would come out of the mushroom. Allow it to boil until the entire water in the mushroom vanishes.
3.Pour oil,mustard to splutter,add the cloves,cumin seeds and then the chopped onion.
4.Add salt and then after onions turn golden brown in color,put the tomato and then add the biriyani masala and the chillipowder.
5. After nearly 5 min put the boiled mushrooms and then add water.
6. Now add the above fried rice into the cooker and cook for 3-4 whistles.
