
Ingredients
Pepperidge farm puff pastry ready to bake sheet -1
potato - 2
peas - 4 tbsp
carrot - 1
beans - 7-8
cumin seeds - 1 tsp
green chillies - 2
oil
salt
mustard - 1/4 tsp
chopped onion - 1/2 cup
garlic - 1 pod
Method
1. Keep one sheet of the puff pastry from the frozen state to the normal temperature for nearly an hour.
2. Within that time we can prepare the masal to be kept inside the puff. Peel the potatoes,carrot and cut all the vegetables and boil(in microwave or cooker) them.
3.Pour 1 tsp oil on the pan,put the mustard and then the chopped onions after they splitter.Then put the cumin seeds,garlic and the chillies.
4.Then put the boiled vegetables and salt and mix well.Now the masal is ready for the puff.
5. The puff pastry sheet has 3 layers in it.Cut the sheet into 4 equal pieces.In each piece,when we are able to seperate the layers,take out the base layer from the other 2 layers and keep the prepared masal.
6.After keeping the masal into the base layer,close all the sides of the puff.
7.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and then keep the puffs into it. Within 10-15 min,the puff is ready.
