Ingredients
Idli rice - 2 cups
Roasted gram - 1 cup
urad dhal - 1 Tbspn
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
oil to fry
salt to taste
Red chillis - 3
Method
1. Soak the rice for atleast 4 hours and then grind it with red chillis and salt.
2.Fry urad dhal in a dry pan for 2 min and powder it.
3. Powder the roasted gram also. Mix both the powders.
4. Add the powder to the rice batter and mix well.
5.Put the dough into the mould of required design.
6.Deep fry in the oil and enjoy.
