Carrot Halwa


Ingredients

Grated Carrot
- 2 cups
Milk - 1.5 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Sweetened condensed milk - 2 tbsp
Cardamom - 4
Cashew
Grapes
Ghee

Method

1. Steam cook the grated carrot in the microwave for 5 min.
2. Mix cooked carrot and milk and keep stirring on the gas stove on medium.
3. After the milk has reduced to nearly half, put the sugar and the condensed milk and continue stirring.
4. When the mixture has come to the halwa texture, pour some quantity of ghee.
5. Mix the cashew,cardamom and grapes after roasting those in ghee to the mixture and now the halwa is ready.
